Join our E-Commerce Team!

To strengthen our E-Commerce Team at our Janus Headquarters in Bergen, Norway we are looking immediately or by appointment for a passionate team member at Janusfabrikken. As the E-Commerce Manager, you are the key person in the new Janus E-Commerce team. You will be handling a variety of projects, especially the relaunch of janus.no, to bring the Janus online business to the next level.

In detail, these are the main tasks and responsibilities in this role: 

• Create a sustainable and growing E-Commerce business at Janusfabrikken

• Own the E-Commerce P&L and budget for janus.no

• Implement commercial sales and marketing plans to achieve targets

• Relaunch janus.no to a new E-Commerce platform 

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

o Janus Internal: Logistic, Marketing, Content, IT and Product

o External: agencies for web-development and online marketing

• Manage shop configuration and setup with external agency 

• Manage setup of Payment Service Provider and payment methods

• Manage content and frequent changes to site according to season

• Build and grow traffic through online marketing with the help of partners

• Monitor the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance

• Connect with the ODLO E-Commerce team to share learnings  

We are looking for a candidate with the following background: 

• Minimum 4+ years of work experience as E-Commerce Manager

• Very good understanding of IT infrastructure, online shops, marketplaces   

        and interfaces 

• Very good project management and excellent communication skills

• Written and spoken proficiency in English

• Strong sense of responsibility: the ability to work in a self-driven, result-

        oriented, and independent manner, taking initiative to improve decision

        making and drive the business

• A true team player, who is committed to achieve common results
