We are looking for a full-time (Assistant) Store Manager with (managing) experience in fashion retail, preferably women’s wear, to join our shop in the city centre of Oslo. Are you also experienced in Visual Merchandise: what are you waiting for?!

Are you the (assistant) store manager for Oslo we are looking for?

About you

You are probably already working in the fashion industry, and preferably you have experience in (managing) fashion stores. Your service is authentic. You are genuinely interested in people, you know how to work with/train your staff and you can give and receive feedback. You like to do things differently, and we would like to offer you that chance. You are full time available.

What are your main responsibilities?

• Achieving an optimal turnover result and achieving the desired target;
• Managing, coaching and motivating the team;
• Taking care of staff planning and cash register administration;
• Responsible for optimum receipt, storage and dispatch of goods;
• Maintaining high visual merchandising standards in the shop and windows;
• Proactively approaching, helping, styling and advising clients;
• Optimal knowledge of the cash register system;
• Handle complaints in accordance with corporate philosophy and standards;
• Identifying trends and developments within the fashion industry;
• Communicating and reporting various matters to HQ.

What is your profile?

• Full-time available (32-40 hours per week);
• Good communication and social skills;
• Problem-solving and result-oriented attitude;
• Ambitious, goal-oriented and sales-oriented;
• Understanding of the target group and what they want to wear;
• Curious and inquisitive personality;
• Norwegian mother tongue and fluent English speaker;
• Flexible, willing to also work on buying, Sundays and public holidays.
