If so, Jotun seeks to strengthen its Group Treasury function with an experienced and proactive Treasury Manager. This is a key and visible role within the Group Finance organisation.

The Treasury Manager position will be based at Jotun's head office in Sandefjord and report to the Vice President for Group Treasury and Accounting.

• Contribute to developing financial models for analyzing, among other, funding requirements, capital/debt structures, cash efficiency and foreign exchange risks.

• Treasury reporting including defining and monitoring relevant KPIs

• Carry out international treasury activities, including inter-company financing transactions, guarantees, hedging and currency management.

• Provide advice regarding treasury policy issues, such as interest rate policy, cash repatriation, working capital, credit rating, and use of banks

• Plan, execute, and manage corporate debt facilities and bonds

• Develop presentations for bond investors, rating agencies, Group Management and the Board.

• Work closely with other key stakeholders, including segment finance VPs, regional finance directors, company finance managers and other Group functions.

• Work with major Nordic and global banks and technology providers to develop next-generation cash management and payment solutions for Jotun globally

• Develop finance/treasury competence by following market trends and technology developments.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance with at least five years of relevant treasury/finance experience.

• Candidates with "Big Four" audit experience who have worked with multinational corporations and are interested in pursuing a finance/treasury career are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and experience using data analysis tools such as PowerBI is a plus

• Ability to interpret, visualize and communicate results

• A digital mindset and interest in process digitalization is considered a plus

• Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, both verbally and written

• Large work capacity, analytical and structured

• Communicates in a clear and precise way

• A high degree of integrity

• Ability to analyze complex issues and exercise sound judgment

• Innovative and takes initiative to make things happen

• Skilled at networking as well as building and using own network to achieve objectives

• Proactive ability to identify and initiate improvement opportunities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work under tight deadlines

• Willingness to travel internationally for approx. 30-50 days a year
