HR Business Partner

We are now looking for a HR Business Partner who can contribute to Aibel's exciting journey in the ongoing energy transition.

One of our HR Business Partners is moving into a new and exciting opportunity in Aibel. This means we are looking for a replacement to take on the role as HR Business Partner. The key objective of the HRBP-role in Aibel is to offer advice and support to our company's leaders. In close collaboration with the leaders, we contribute to Aibel's continued competitiveness and ability to deliver on our large industrial projects.

The HRBP-team consist of 8 highly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivated people, serving the entire Norwegian organisation across locations. We work closely with our dedicated HR Service Centre and the rest of our HR-organisation.

As an HR Business Partner in Aibel, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality and cost-efficient HR Services to the organisation.
• Contribute to Aibel's organisational culture, founded on our Leadership Principles and our value program 'We Care'
• Run and support recruitment processes, with tasks ranging from branding activities, candidate selection, interview and hires
• Facilitate and support leaders in their performance management and talent development processes
• Take active part in our Leadership Development activities, providing individual support and training, and also presenting to larger leader groups
• Take on the role as a continuous advocate in the implementation of HR strategies and work to ensure compliance of HR policies and processes
• Participate in various project groups, local HSSE-groups and other collaboration groups

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and skillset

• You have excellent communication skills, and feel comfortable with collaborating with people on all levels of the organisation
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you enjoy that no workdays are the same
• You are driven and energetic, and eager to deliver on time and with high quality
• You are experienced in using online HR and recruitment tools, and curious to how digital solutions can contribute to improved and more efficient HR-processes
• You are proficient in Norwegian and English, both orally and written
• You have knowledge and understanding of Norwegian Employment law
• You have at least 5 years' experience from HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner. Experience from HR Consultancy/advisory will also be considered relevant.
• You hold a degree (Bsc or MSc) within HR, Business administration or other relevant topics
