Archer Wireline are looking for candidates for an exciting onshore position, working in a OneTeam environment together with of one of our biggest Clients and our Alliance partners.
We are looking for a candidate with offshore experience from mechanical wireline operations, and knowledge about various e-line services and solutions.
Experience from P/A activities are also an advantage.

Reporting line
OneTeam Coordinator reports directly to the Archer Project Leader.

Role
This role is planning and providing support for offshore wireline operations based on Archer Alliance and Clients expectations and requirements.
The OneTeam coordinator will work together with the customer and alliance partners with a strong OneTeam mentality, choosing the best solutions for the job objective.

Involvement on Alliances behalf, from the early planning phase, contributing to methods selection for interventions, coordinating program input -whilst making sure experience transfer is achieved between Archer, Alliance partners and Client in a true OneTeam philosophy.

Key responsibilities

Prepare toolstring & rigup drawings, simulations, studies and other relevant updates to procedures required for successful operation and compliance to standards and requirements
Job follow up, and contributions to maintaining good reporting with offshore team, alliance partners and customer.
Initiate the mobilization of equipment and personnel in cooperation with the customer.
Continuous follow up of ongoing operations. Instant follow up of deviations and changes to job program.
Participate and contribute with input in regular service & quality meetings with the customer.
Contribute actively to Company’s Performance measurements and continuous improvement work
Technical coordination between onshore and offshore organization with respect to operational requirements and needs.
Identify areas where new technology can be utilized for optimizing operation and cost-effectivity.
Contribute to objective setting (time and success criteria), improvement identification and experience registration in Company’s database
Assist in review of final deliverables and delivery to customer.

Qualifications
Education

Craft certificate in mechanical and/or electric Wireline.
Alternatively, technical college/higher education in petroleum or related subject.

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience performing mechanical wireline operations offshore.
