Advisor Transport, Customs & Excise

We deliver service and maintenance on tools and equipment for the offshore energy industry. We support projects and operations worldwide, including complex deliveries of equipment all over the world.

As our professional advisor within the area of transport, customs and Excise you will be a key contributor for successful deliveries.

• Responsible for compliance within the area of domestic and international transportation
• Plan, organize and execute cost efficient transportation of equipment, always according to contracts and insurance policies and including customs clearance and excise
• Cooperate with internal and external customers to secure on time delivery
• Cost control of freight invoices
• Secure high quality execution in compliance with prevailing contracts, national and international rules and regulations and according to TechnipFMC principles of integrity and business conduct
• Contribute to success by proactively work for continuous improvement, to further develop and optimize our project execution

• Have a Bachelor degree within Logistics / Supply Chain Management (relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education).
• Have minimum 2 years operational experience within international transport (Industry/Freight Forwarder/Freight operator)
• Have knowledge and experience within international transport requirements and HSE/Security regulations
• Are committed and proactive, have a strong sense of collaboration amongst your colleagues and across functions
• You have the ability to prioritize and execute tasks systematically
• Have great communication skills in both Norwegian and English
