An exciting opportunity has arisen as Machine Operator in our Sensors and Robotics division. As a machine operator you will have responsibility for the control of advanced machines and production of composites and modules for our hydro-acoustic subsea sensors that will be operating at great depths. Our composites consist of piezoelectric ceramics and several other materials that go through many different machining processes, such as dicing, grinding, milling and laser.

As a machine operator, you should be accurate, thorough, tidy and have technical understanding. Key accountabilities

  • Prepare products for machining and operating the departments CNC machines
  • Perform first piece check/control
  • Perform first line maintenance of the departments machinery and process equipment
  • LEAN work, as well as other process and quality improvement projects
  • Report deviations on HSE, products, processes, and machines

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience as a Machine Operator or experience in the CNC machining profession is an advantage
  • Preferable good IT-knowledge with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Norwegian, written, and oral
  • Preferably good English, written and oral

Maskin Operatør

Vi søker dyktig og dedikert medarbeider til produksjon av kompositter og moduler til våre hydro-akustiske undervannssensorer som skal kunne operere på store havdyp. Jobben krever nøyaktighet, renslighet og teknisk forståelse.

Våre kompositter består av piezoelektrisk keramikk som går igjennom flere forskjellige maskinerings prosesser.

 

Kvalifikasjoner

Fordel med erfaring som Maskin Operatør, erfaring innenfor CNC maskineringsfaget eller Produksjonsteknikkfaget.

Gode PC kunnskaper, god erfaring med MS. Office og helst også ERP erfaring.

Beherske norsk skriftlig og muntlig, helst også engelsk.

Praktisk, og med god teknisk og mekanisk forståelse.

Stor arbeidskapasitet og gjennomføringsevne.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Klargjøre produkter til bearbeiding og drifte avdelingens CNC maskiner.

Utføre førstebits kontroll.

Drive førstelinjes vedlikehold av avdelingens maskiner og prosessutstyr.

LEAN arbeid, samt andre prosess- og kvalitets-forbedringsprosjekter.

Rapportere avvik på HMS, produkter, prosesser og maskiner.
