Job Description:

• We are looking for a Deputy Training Manager who will assist our Training Manager in the technical training program implementation for the customer, subcontractors and own employees.
• We need an experienced person with relevant background and good administrational skills.
• The Deputy Training Manager shall support our Training manager in the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Preparation and planning of training plans and concepts – internal, together with our customers who shall receive trainings
• Contribute to preparation of e-learning courses
• Planning, preparation and managing of training seminars, and follow-up work for training seminars
• Contribution to preparation of training documentation
• Follow up of conducted trainings, e.g. training evaluations, certificates, registrations

• Experience with training and/or training management is an advantage
• Project management; planning and documentation of activities
