Your areas of responsibility will be:

• to be a part of a growing Design Team and work closely with domain experts and developers 
• to further develop our solutions user experience that will help us strengthen the satisfaction of our customers and users  
• to apply research methods that will help the team understand customers, their needs, and problems 
• to define, develop and maintain Volue's internal design system.

What you need to succeed:

• you are an experienced designer with minimum 5 years of experience, who thrives on simplifying complexity and has the ability to navigate between the big picture and concrete plans 
• you are well-structured and able to manage your own workload on a daily basis 
• you are experienced in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and able to use this insight to prioritize tasks and improve the User Experience 
• you are curious and interested in new methodologies, market trends, and SaaS 
• you are a team player, who is not afraid to advocate own point of view, but who is also willing to learn from others  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in developing user experiences for digital solutions and a strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user experience
• Minimum Bachelor in relevant area (Design, User Experience, Service Design, Multimedia or similar)  
• Experience in designing high-quality mockups and interfaces
• The ability to articulate and explain your ideas to other designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or other similar programs.
• Confidence in creating prototypes and testing these with customers 
• Knowledge of different design methodologies and the ability to use them in cross-functional teams 
• Good communication skills with multi-cultured teams 
• Great language skills (both written and spoken) in English and preferrably in Norwegian
