Yara's Ethics and Compliance Department was established in 2009 and is responsible for the Compliance program globally in Yara.

The Business Partner Integrity Specialist reports to the Vice President of Ethics & Compliance. The role is preferably based out of Headquater in Oslo, but other Yara locations globally will be considered.



Responsibilities

* Responsible for the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) process, including daily processing of IDD questionnaires and quality assurance within the IDD systems used, as well as communication with both internal approvers of IDDs and the external business partners.
* Performing the monitoring of Business Partners by handling the compliance screening of all active customers and vendors in Yara ERP systems. Reviewing monitoring reports, identifying risks, and proposing mitigating actions together with VP - E&C.
* The Business Partner screening-related responsibilities also include:
*Communicate with business units and with the Legal Department on sanctions-related results of the screening and extract relevant data from Yara ERP systems.
*Authority to liaise with business and then communicate with Yara Master Data team in order to block sanctioned entities (vendors/customers).
* Take an active role in reporting on monitoring activities to the business line.
* E&C database maintenance
*E&C Alteryx and Power BI superuser
*Responsible for providing IDD analysis and statistics to the monthly E&C dashboard.
* Ensure IDD-related information on the Yara Intranet is accurate and easily available for the internal users and stakeholders.



Profile

* English (fluent written and spoken). Other European languages are a plus.
* Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-language environment. Cross-cultural collaboration.
* Diplomatic and professional approach to problem-solving and/or reaching goals.
* Good communication skills, including collaboration with senior employees.
* Confident, proactive, self-starter.
* Power BI and Alteryx skills are an advantage.
* Demonstrate judgment with handling confidential information.
