So, what does it take to be a Autentik specialist? For starters, you are already a skilled well intervention professional with a multidiscipline understanding of operating mechanical and electrical downhole tools. You also have experience with maintenance and repair of intervention tools. It’s a significant advantage if you have experience in field operations, both offshore and onshore. The position will be based in Stavanger, but may be required to travel offshore and internationally to support ongoing operations

Job description:
- Execute operational activities at the highest standards in accordance with Autentik’s management systems and policies.
- Provide operational and technical support
- Maintain and prepare equipment for operations
- Execute training and testing at customers and partners locations worldwide
- Test and qualify new technology
- Identify and execute in areas where new technology and technology upgrades can improve operational effectiveness, cost efficiency and service quality.
- Craft certificate and/or technical college within Well Services
- Or:
- Technical education with field experience
- Or:
- Relevant industry experience
- 3-6+ years’ experience
- Experience
- Workshop, maintenance, and downhole tool experience
- Downhole tool training / experience
- Experience with electrical tools and/or electrical systems is preferable
- Sound computer skills required
- Experience in product development and / or expertise in downhole tools
- Field operations experience both offshore and onshore is an advantage
- Must be eligible to live and work in Norway
- Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities.
- Structured, systematic, and target-driven with well-defined goals
- Team oriented
- Good communication skills
Preferably proficient in verbal and written Norwegian
Proficient in verbal and written English
