In this role you will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
As Head of Customer Operations, you will establish a customer-centric organization taking care of all customer interactions and service activities. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced professional who enjoys building the foundation for continuous growth and business development. The position is located at our headquarter in Trondheim, Norway.
Your Role
- Building and leading a team of Customer Operations and Sales Support Specialists
- Acting as key contact for our customers and driving the establishment of a global customer-centric organization
- Supporting overall business goal setting and execution by gathering and communicating requirements of customers
- Increasing cross-organizational efficiency through developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes
- Setting and tracking metrics for all pre-sales, sales, and RMA tasks and generating insightful business intelligence reports
- Providing support and guidance to the team on the quotation process and reviewing customer specifications
- Ensuring the achievement of business objectives through considerate planning and decision making
- Driving the overall development of CrayoNano by continuous development and improvement of Customer Operations as well as cross functional processes by applying state of the art digital tools, as well as Quality Standards like ISO
- Driving the implementation, adaptation, and training for ERP tools
- Managing supply issues, inventory as well as slow moving and aging stock together with Supply chain Management to balance demand and supply
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, economy, or related field
- 10 years of B2B experience, with at least 3 years managing teams within Customer Service or Customer Operations, preferably within the electronic or semiconductor sector
- 10 years key user expertise in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), preferably Oracle NetSuite
- Hands on experience working with Microsoft office tools and familiarity with MS Business, CRM and Model N or other pricing and quotation systems
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
- In-depth understanding of effectively steering sales administration processes
- Leadership ability enabling you building a network within and outside of CrayoNano
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
