We are looking for an independent and flexible CAM Engineer with knowledge and experience within CAM engineering and method choices on everything from lathe machines to 5-axis milling machines.

Main duties:

• Creating and modifying existing NC programs to lathe-, milling- and multitask machines.
• Tool selections and method setup this in close cooperation with design engineers, production engineers and
operators.
• Cooperation with various tool vendors within cutting technology.
• Experience of NX programming using Team Center PLM and Vericut simulation and verification.
• Experience of 3D-modelbased manufacturing with in process models.
• Good knowledge within cutting technology on complex materials as superalloys.
• Engineer with 3 to 5 years' experience, positive Aerospace experience.
• Have experience in both method/technology and product development.
• Both work independently also in group and have the ability to take responsibility for a range of product
development or method-/technology.

Candidate requirements:

* Experience of NX programming and Vericut simulation and verification

* Experience of 3D-modelbased manufacturing with in process models

* Good knowledge within cutting technology on complex materials as superalloys

* Experience of manufacturing large and medium size casings is highly valued

* Fluent English, and preferably Norwegian as this is our working language.

* You have a good understanding of customer needs.

* You are a skilled experienced user of NX (Manufacturing), Vericut and Teamcenter

You are flexible and structured, can work independently as well as in teams. You have excellent communication skills, drive and engagement.

Earlier experience from Aerospace Industry and good knowledge within cutting technology will be highly valued.
