Do you want to be part of a highly energetic IT Development organization, who needs some guidance and help with structure, compliance revisions and a general need for documentation of our processes? We have over 30 agile teams spread over 3 countries, supporting 5 developing and maintaining all our business-critical applications. You will be centrally placed in our organization, with a lot of room for you to decide on how we should do things.


About the role

As our new Process & Compliance Manager you will report to our Head of Demand Management. You will be part of a newly started central support team for our IT Development organization.

Your primary task will be to establish standardized processes globally and be the primary interface to our internal stakeholders such as the Security teams and the Legal department, managing the compliance requirements.

As a newly established role, you will have the pleasure and challenge of building and standardizing all the processes and compliance requirements from scratch. We do have quite a lot already, but still have a way to go in terms of standardizing cross all our teams in all the countries.

 

We are working with Confluence, Jira, Teams and Workplace as central tools.

Primarily you will be working with the Head of Demand Management, our Security, Legal and IT Operation Teams.


Your key responsibilities

As Compliance & Process Manager you will be responsible for establishing and executing on the following responsibilities:

·      Standardizing and implementing all key processes for the IT Development organization globally. We aim to work based on Scrum and ITIL.

·      Working closely with our Security, Legal and IT Operation teams to ensure compliance reporting according to our corporate governance

·      Leveraging best practice knowledge in Scrum, SAFe and ITIL to support our ongoing transformation and creating actionable results

·      Regular reporting on Process & Compliance health within the domain

 

About you

We are looking for a structured individual that exercises a high drive who gets energy from creating results. A colleague who thrives in an environment where you can create the needed structure and documentation to enable your colleagues in having transparency on the requirement. You are a mediator and a diplomat, able to drive discussions with other domains while keeping the implementation complexities in mind.

More specifically we believe you have the following competences:

·      Masters or BA Degree within IT, Law or Economics or other related fields

·      Certifications within ITIL, Scrum and SAFe or other Agile Frameworks

·      An in-depth knowledge of how application development process structures work

·      A love for documentation of processes and procedures

·      A good communicator and presenter

We imagine you have 4+ years’ experience within the field and have probably worked within Telecom or IT Consulting previously.
