The Fishery & Research (FAR) division focuses on deck handling and deck machinery for the fishery segment related to trawlers, purse seiners, service boats for fish farmers and live fish carriers in addition to the Oceanographic, Polar and Fishery research vessels.

Vi søker nå etter en Senior Innkjøper som skal ha ansvar for tildelte prosjekter, og fungere som koordinator mot prosjektleder i innkjøpsrelaterte aktiviteter for divisjon FAR på Averøy.

Som Senior Innkjøper vil du være ansvarlig for varekostnad og tilhørende budsjetter i disse prosjektene, sammen med rapportering av eventuelle avvik fra avtalt prosjektbudsjett til prosjektleder. Du vil administrere innkjøps- og innkjøps aktivitetene knyttet til leverandørene som er tilknyttet til innkjøperen. I tillegg påse at oppgavene dine er i samsvar med det Integrated Management System (IMS), Project Executing Model (PEM) og det lokale QEHS-systemet, regler og krav.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Ansvarlig for å gi innspill til salgsavdelingen på produksjon og komponent kostnader i budfasen
• Være hoved innkjøp kontaktperson på tildelte prosjekter for prosjektleder
• Ansvarlig for å følge opp prosjektbudsjett på varekostnad, og rapportere avvik til prosjektleder på månedlig basis
• Sørge for at leverandørdata og priser er korrekte og oppdaterte i ERP-systemet
• Forhandle priser, håndtere innkjøpsrekvisisjoner, plassere innkjøpsordrer og følge opp levering
• Være hovedleverandør ansvarlig (supplier responsible, SR) for dedikerte leverandører
• Ansvarlig for at de gratis utstedte varene (Free Issued Items, FII) er på produksjonsstedet, i henhold til prosjektplan-koordinere med leverandører og produksjon oppfølgingsansvarlig
• Ansvarlig for, på løpende basis, å identifisere og gjennomføre kostnadsbesparende handlinger
• Registrer, følg opp og lukk leverandørkrav og konkurs (liquidated damages, LD), for brudd på Kvalitet/Omfang/Leveringstid
• Møte egne KPI’er og bidra til avdelingens KPI’er

Kvalifikasjoner

• Tilstrekkelig utdanning på bachelornivå med foretrukket grad i bedriftsøkonomi, innkjøp, logistikkledelse eller realfag
• Teknisk/kommersiell bakgrunn med dokumenterte resultater i lignende stillinger kan kompensere for formell utdanning
• Ønskelig med 5 års innkjøpserfaring
• Gode kommunikasjons og forhandlingsevner med en hyggelig og høflig holdning
• Organisert og evne til å "multitask"
• Lagspiller
• Moden personlighet og evne til å jobbe i et internasjonalt og flerkulturelt miljø
• Fleksibilitet med hensyn til å reise til andre FAR/MacGregor-lokasjoner er et krav
• Flytende norsk og engelsk, muntlig og skriftlig

Senior Purchaser, Fishery & Research (FAR)

We are currently looking for a Senior Purchaser who will be responsible for assigned projects, and act as coordinator towards the project manager in purchasing related activities for the Fishery & Research (FAR) division in Averøy.

As the Senior Purchaser you will be responsible for item cost and related budgets in those projects, along with reporting of any deviations from agreed project budget to project manager. You will manage the purchasing and sourcing activities related to the suppliers nominated to the purchaser. In addition, you have to ensure that your tasks comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Project Executing Model (PEM) and the local QEHS system, rules and requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for providing input to the sales department on manufacturing and components costs in the bid-phase
• Be the main purchase contact person on assigned projects for project manager
• Responsible for follow up project budget on item cost, and report deviation to the project manager on a monthly basis
• Ensure supplier data and prices are correct and up to date in the ERP-system
• Negotiate prices, handle purchase requisitions, place POs, and follow up delivery
• Be the main supplier responsible (SR) for dedicated suppliers
• Responsible for the Free Issued Items (FII) are on time and at the production site, according to project plan-coordinate with suppliers and production follow-up responsible
• Responsible for, on a continuous basis, to identify and execute cost saving actions
• Register, follow up and close supplier claims and liquidated damages (LD), for breach in Quality/Scope/Delivery time
• Meeting own KPI’s and contributing to department KPI’s

What you’ll need to succeed

• Adequate education at Bachelors level with preferred degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics Management or Science
• Technical/Commercial background with documented results in similar positions may compensate for formal education
• Preferable 5 years of purchasing experience
• Good communication and negotiations skills with a pleasant and polite attitude 
• Tidiness and ability to “Multitask”
• Team Worker
• Mature personality and ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Flexibility in regards to travelling to other FAR/MacGregor locations is a requirement
• Fluent Norwegian and English, oral and written
