FREYR Battery is on a mission to decarbonize energy and transportation systems globally by producing the world’s most sustainable battery cells.

The first step towards achieving our goals is building four battery cell factories in Mo i Rana. We will soon be opening the doors to our Customer Qualification Plant – the first industrial scale lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing facility in Norway. Here we will validate and improve technology, materials, and cell designs as we prepare for commercial production at our Gigafactories, where we plan to deliver 43 GWh of battery cell capacity annually by 2025, positioning FREYR as one of Europe’s largest battery cell suppliers.

We are now in the process of building our Costumer Qualification Plant (CQP) in Mo i Rana and is therefore looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

Your main tasks include:

• Collecting all relevant input and output data from the production and testing
• Make analysis, planning for optimization
• Building, using and developing data models for optimized battery production
• Product development and other to optimize their processes and products
• Participation in production and testing if requested
• Programming analytical tools for analysis and visualization
• Analysing data, reporting back to stakeholder
• Participating in planning, development and testing of new materials and products
• Design of experiments
• Communicate evidence-based results and hypothesis within organization

You have:

• Master in big data analysis, data modelling, material technology, or equivalent
• Experience in using big data analytics tools
• Computer skills
• Programming skills
• Good English language
