We are now looking for a Cluster Food & Beverage Manager, who will be overall responsible for the Food & Beverage operations as well as the Meeting & Events operations at Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel, Trondheim and Radisson Blu Hotel Trondheim Airport.

Key Responsibilities of the Cluster Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the F&B departments and M&E operations, where all aspects of the guest service experience are delivered to the highest levels
  • Ensure general compliance with M&E guest order specifications by working closely with the Meeting & Events Manager, team and kitchen
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
  • Develop and implements plans where both properties F&B and M&E initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
  • Lead and manage the F&B and M&E service teams, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
  • Prepare and be responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Establish and deliver effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required


Requirements of the Cluster Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Proven experience in F&B service and/or M&E operations with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with leading a team - a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
  • Business driven and commercially aware
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms – experience with EMMA is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of a Scandinavian language is beneficial
