Do you want to work as a core part of the learning and development team?


As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Amby, you will work towards ensuring that our knowledge and training are world-class and updated with the relevant content at all times, as well as continuously ensure that the structure of the knowledge caters all of our employees, with the focus on new employees just discovering life at Amby. You will also help further design certifications and competency mapping to ensure that new consultants have the required quality from day one in client projects. You will cooperate with the rest of the people team on aspects like onboarding, internal hiring and team strategy.


As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you get a unique opportunity to work as a part of our people team, setting a strategic roadmap for the training and onboarding, as well as acquiring all the training material from experts, ultimately guarding and building upon the knowledge of the recruiters in the company. ?? In the role you will:

  • Build out the learning and development framework
  • Act on the roadmap for learning and development as an internal product, and continue to build on to the strategic roadmap in the future.
  • Ensure the necessary resources for delivering on the roadmap on time and with great quality.
  • Further development on certifications on Tech and training on our way of doing embedded talent services.
  • Running majority of the training and certifications within the company (with help from a training & onboarding team), with the exception of management training.
  • Take overall responsibility for quality of the content and knowledge in the Onboarding and our training sessions in our knowledge hub.
  • Carry out a needs’ analysis and user research to ensure a good foundation for the work that the L&D team does.
  • Establish necessary infrastructure and good routines for updating the knowledge and staying on top of the changes in content.
  • Be a strategic advisor for the management and prioritize the L&D and Training Academy workload.
  • Create new content in the areas of Systems, Technology, Embedded Talent Service, Sourcing, Project Management Candidate and Client Management, and more - depending on needs.
  • Update existing content to make sure it matches the current and best workflows and practices at Amby, but also industry-wide, including internal and external expert followup for pieces requiring input from others.
  • Actively contribute in developing Amby's practice of recruitment and to serve as a first contact and mentor for new employees in all knowledge.
  • Training providers mapping.
  • Work closely with our Lead Service Designer to ensure we connect and build training to match service development.

  • Keeping training and knowledge hub content up-to-date (measured by qualitative user research)
  • Deadline-management


?? We would like you to have a

  • Previous exposure to learning and development areas.
  • Ability and willingness to work strategically and hands-on in depth with internal initiatives.
  • Strong industry knowledge and willingness to do research on the industry practices.
  • Good Project Management skills and self-management.
  • Great English skills, both written and verbal.
  • It's a bonus if you have been exposed to the tech landscape and have in-depth understanding of the different areas and technologies, allowing for explaining those to someone new.
