As our new Software QA Lead your role will be to ensure the highest possible quality in our products and releases through planning and testing. You will be a key contributor to defining quality standards for the developers as well as keeping managing self-created and incoming bugs.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of our software QA, and ensure we meet internal and external quality requirements before products reaches our customers
- Take ownership of QA and testing processes and guidelines, and ensure alignment in product and developer teams
- Define, execute and manage manual test checklists
- Follow up on automatic testing
- Take ownership of buglists, and progress and prioritization of bugs
- Assure consistency and reliability by checking processes and final output

Wanted Qualifications:

You have a keen interest in joining our fantastic team to build a world class product with international distribution
You have experience working with software development QA and testing
You have experience in building processes and requirements for software QA
You have experience with manual and automated testing tools
You have experience with tools and solutions to manage and report on QA and testing activities
You enjoy trying to break things and make them work better
You enjoy working with different parts of the organization to implement measures to increase quality in our products
You are an structured, responsible and reliable person that can manage your own work

Quantfolio’s backend is built with python, running on azure. We use continuous deployment with Azure DevOps. We are using agile development method.
Our HQ is based in Bergen with distributed development teams.
