Minimum Competency Requirements

• Master’s degree within engineering or related e.g., physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, process/risk management. For human factors and working environment, other subjects may be relevant as well (organizational psychology, etc.)
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Scandinavian language is a great benefit. A third language is an advantage
• A strong and well-structured team player with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
• Identifies with our values, trust, partnership, and passion

For more senior consultants, in addition, the following will be evaluated:

• Relevant experience within oil & gas and energy
• Consulting, engineering, or operator experience
• Experience/in-depth understanding of risk management activities related to greenfield and brownfield projects
• Very good understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant standards, including PSA and DSB
