We are expanding our capacity and competence in information security by hiring more experts. The Nemko Group aquired System Sikkerhet AS in February 2020 as part of our growth strategy and we continue to grow our capacity within the field. We are looking for new colleagues that are motivated by developing and growing our new services.

Responsibility and areas of work:

• Working with external companies building and maintaining IT security governance
• Assisting and guiding in implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Conduct internal and external information security audits
• General security compliance consultancy

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher (minimum bachelor's level) relevant education in computer science and/or long-term relevant experience 
• Good knowledge within the fields of:
• general systems development
• system architecture
• network design
• Experience and interest in IT- and information security
• Strong English skills (The Nemko administrative and technical language is English)

Job requirements:

• An IT security consultant must have strong interpersonal- and communications skills and be able to work well with external customers building or improving their systems.
• Be able to understand the functionality and possible vulnerabilities in software and systems. A part of the job will be examining system and design documentation.
• The work both requires interest in working with clients and colleagues in small teams, as well as being able to structure own time doing independent work.
• The position will require some travelling nationally and internationally.
• Knowledge to quality systems and ISO 27001 is an advantage

The job location for this position will be Nemko System Sikkerhet AS office in Torbjørnsbu 21, Arendal, with the possibility of remote working.
