We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Corporate HR. 

KONGSBERG expects continued growth over the next years, therefore it is important to ensure future recruitment, acquisition, growth, and retention of our great colleagues. In close cooperation with your colleagues working with communication, HR, and employer branding, you will be responsible for creating an influx of potential candidates to KONGSBERG and contribute to their retention through a structured approach in our Talent & Performance module in Workday.

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you need to be able to deliver on targets, be proactive and show high collaborative skills. You have broad HR experience in an international company and can both use and understand IT systems. You enjoy varied tasks, both within operation and development. You must be willing to contribute to several parts of the HR work, and at the same time be responsible for defined subject areas. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop realistic Talent Acquisition strategy and plans, and draw on resources in KONGSBERG to deliver
  • Develop and build sustainable and efficient talent pools and alumni in close collaboration with HR colleagues in KONGSBERG
  • Use data insights to facilitate and improve internal rotation and career progression
  • Responsible for our Talent & Performance processes within Workday

  Your Qualifications:

  • Preferably higher education within communication, marketing, or human resources
  • Preferably 5 years of experience working multi-disciplinary in an international company
  • Experience from Workday or other similar Human Capital Management Systems
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian

 You are able to:

  • Execute plans with commitment and determination
  • Act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results
  • Analyze complex issues and problems and come up with rational judgments
  • Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
  • Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way
  • Collaborate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of team goals
