These are onshore positions, and the location will be Stavanger.

Job Summary:
To service our contracts, there is a need for both an Account Manager and a Project Engineer (back office) function that ensures products and services are delivered to client as required. The back-office function has been expanded to encompass a wide range of duties, both directly customer facing and internally. Typically, a Back Office Engineer will have responsibility for 2-3 customers or assets, whereas an Account Manager will mainly be responsible for one customer.
The Project Engineer position is an ideal steppingstone to an Account Manager position and other career opportunities within the Technical, Commercial or Operational departments within Production Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that orders can be processed efficiently by the orders department (this involves ensuring that material numbers and delivery points etc are correctly set up in SAP.
• Act as primary contact for orders department in case of queries.
• Vet incoming orders to ensure that there are no known issues with regards to stockholding etc.
• Coordinating chemical supply with purchasing and logistics.
• Coordinate setting up of minimum stock levels plus regular review
• Primary contact for relevant supply base for day-to-day issues affecting this account
• QC controls – set up QC parameters in conjunction with client and regularly audit
• Tank tracking – ensure that offshore tanks are available, either through SLB contracts or clients own.
• Be a proactive contributor towards our overall business goals.
• Take part in Weekly/Monthly Meetings with Client
• Continuous improvement projects.
• These positions would contribute to all new tenders received as part of the small local team.
• The Project Engineer will act as the back-up for the Account Manager in the event of illness, holidays etc.
• The Account Manager position will be responsible for a large number of technical projects towards the customer with support from our Technical department in Bergen.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor within Chemistry or relevant Petroleum Engineering.
• Experience with Production Chemistry will be an advantage
• Project and/or Operational experience preferred but not an absolute requirement.

Personal qualifications:
• Good communicative skills in English and preferably in Norwegian.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Systematic and accurate in your work.
• Able to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Flexible and open mindset.
• Must be able to obtain medical certificate for offshore travel if required.
