Clarion Hotel Air is located in Sola close to Stavanger city. The hotel has 296 rooms and is situated next to Sola airport. The hotel can cater for up to 1000 guests and services vary from lunch and evening banquets to ala carte,buffets and street food. We have a fun and energitic team that strives for perfection while enjoying a postitive and fun woring environment. We are now looking for one Sous Chef and four chefs to join the team from June and onwards. 


What´s the job?

SOUS CHEF

  • Running of kitchen in cooperation with head chef
  • Experienced and highly motivated with a high knowledge of food and menus.
  • Preperation and serving of different services varying from lunch,banquet and conference services
  • Purchasing & inventory control
  • Concept development and menu planning in assistance to head chef
  • Will have to work weekends and shifts
  • Organization and cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas

 

CHEF

  • Normal chef duties such as preparation,cooking,hygiene
  • Purchasing & inventory control
  • Oganization of kitchen and stock
  • Will have to work weekends and shifts

 

The Talent:

  • You must be energetic, have courage and be enthusiastic.
  • You are flexible, do not easily stress, professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests
  • Well documented previous cooking experience
  • The kitchen is one entity therefore you need to be a good team player.

Working hours are shift based accordind to planned schedule.
