This is a position in the After Sales department. Main duties is management and coordination of service projects, procurement and supply of spare parts, customer support and follow-up, and general handling of inquiries related to Service and After Sales.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
- Management and Coordination of Service Projects
- Customer support
- Act when receipt of any type of inquiries
- Supply spare parts for the Customers
- Procurement
Education:
- BSc or MSc with relevant content (Engineering, Procurement)
Experience:
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Sales
- Familiar with Project Work
- ERP Systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office suite
Skills
- Structure and analytical skills
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Fluent in oral and written English language
- Good negotiation skills
