Gard is a global leader in marine insurance and running the right projects and initiatives at the right time and in the right way is key to realising our strategy. To strengthen our Corporate Projects and Initiatives team we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be based at Gard's head office in Arendal.
In this role you will:
- Execute and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Apply and develop our methodology/best practice for projects and initiatives
- Apply and develop our project portfolio governance model
- Support the achievement of our corporate strategic aspirations
We are looking for a high energy, self-starting individual with:
- Previous experience from project/portfolio management
- Strong analytical and "big picture thinking" skills
- Passion for change management with strong stakeholder management skills across roles and teams
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
Previous experience from project/portfolio management in the financial or insurance sector will be beneficial, but is not a requirement
