As a product manager for the Easy apply solution in the FINN Jobb vertical, you will be responsible for the most important conversion on our platform - delighting candidates with an easy and intuitive experience when they apply for a job. Helping candidates connect with new exciting opportunities, and ensuring customers find the right talent faster!

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are launching a new product team that consists of a Product Manager (you), a UX Designer and developers. As the team will work closely with our three marketplaces in the Nordics you will be in regular contact with candidates, customers and partners in Norway, Sweden and Finland to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process from discovery to launch
• Develop a deep understanding of our candidates and customers problems 
• Develop OKRs, determine the KPIs, and keep track of your team’s progress
• Focus the team on prioritized problems to secure maximum impact
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed solutions
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and to navigate different local organisations 

• Higher degree in business, engineering, design, science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience from digital product development, e-commerce, startup or management consulting
• A creative problem solver who loves data and analytics
• An eagerness to learn, and someone who isn’t afraid of asking questions
• Ability to break down complexity and evaluate alternative solutions
