We are hiring a Research Engineer/Scientist to grow our LNMO//C capabilities

We have an opportunity for talented Research Scientists with experience of LNMO//C to join our pioneering R&D team. MORROW currently has four chemistries that our R&D department is developing into battery cells. Specifically, for the LNMO//C chemistry, MORROW has taken the approach of establishing a consortium with leading partners, both when it comes to suppliers, cell components and manufacturers. This ensures a high degree of competence but also faster growth than if MORROW internalized all development.

Key experts within MORROW have been hired to facilitate the development of each cell component, this position on the other hand should consider the overall performance of the cells. Your recommendations based on data provided both by MORROW employees as well as our multiple partners, will be key in prioritizing and distributing projects.

The successful Research Scientist will become part of a highly collaborative, dedicated, and skilled team. Each with their own key competence to learn from. Combined with Morrows rapid growth, we believe that we can offer a work environment of constant development and challenges.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for guiding and prioritising the development between all partners
• Data analysis to extract useful information to enhance business decision making
• Collaborate daily with multiple partners
• Prepare reports addressing critical technical developments, project management, and forward plans.
• Generate and organize project presentations and technical data for internal and external reviews.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience

• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent

Specific Skills/Abilities

• Self-driven
• Ability to flourish in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Experience with LNMO

• Experience in manufacturing coin cells and preferably also pouch cells

• Experience in analysis of battery tester data.
