To further integrate our sustainability strategy into our business and operations, and strengthen process management, we are now looking for a Process & Sustainability Manager. As Process & Sustainability Manager at Zenitel you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the optimalization of our global business processes and Sustainability program, and at all times contribute to continuous improvements to achieve the most efficient process flow in Zenitel. Workplace will be Oslo or Horten.

Key responsibilities:

Process Management

• Scope, plan and implement business process improvement strategies and initiatives for Zenitel Group
• Evaluate existing business processes; drive continuous improvements related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
• Play an activate role engaging, presenting, and training of internal stakeholders
• Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and adjusting as needed
• Revising and updating procedures and policies
• Providing progress reports and integrating feedback ensuring compliance in support of business goals

Sustainability Management

• Be the owner of Zenitel’s Sustainability program, and follow up the different Goals for Sustainability
• Measuring sustainability performance to make Zenitel more sustainable
• Be in charge of developing, implementing, and monitoring company or organizational sustainability strategies
• Catalyst for sustainability throughout the Zenitel Group
• Be responsible for communicating sustainability plans, formulating budgets and marketing Zenitel’s sustainability strategies to vendors, customers and ‘Zenitellers’
• Actively contribute and participate in projects to improve customer satisfaction internally and externally
• Give necessary support to all Zenitel offices, partners, and customers

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Relevant formal higher education, preferably BSc in Business and Sustainability Management, Process Control or similar, and min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Technical background and/or in-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes will be an advantage
• Strong Process Management skills
• Strong Sustainability skills and HSE management skills
• Strong experience within ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Norwegian
