We see data as essential to our success as a business and are determined to reinvent our data landscape to make data access in our organisation easy, safe, and reliable so that we can leverage this important asset in delivering better value to our co-owners and customers faster. We plan to achieve our vision by adopting a data mesh architecture and a domain-oriented organisational structure where autonomous value stream teams deliver data as a product to other teams and use this data to build compelling products.

In this endeavour, we need motivated people to work with value stream teams to make data a 1st class citizen. In this process, help us discover and build new and useful platform capabilities that can accelerate the process of building data products, and data analytics. Do you recognise yourself? Keep reading!

  • Be a key contributor to our transition from a hybrid on-prem & BizTalk architecture to a Cloud-native architecture.
  • Build our data and analytics platform highlighting critical patterns for performing data analytics and creating data products, and creating platform capabilities that can help teams perform these activities better and faster.
  • Actively contribute to defining our guidelines and ways of working.
  • Actively contribute to fostering a modern data culture within Coop and strengthen our data-driven organisation.

  • Experience creating ML training and prediction pipelines.
  • Experience with data modelling.
  • Understanding of distributed data architectures and patterns.

  • The ability to take initiative and responsibility in your line of work yet maintain focus on how we can achieve greater speed through focus and keeping an eye on our high-level goals and ambitions.

Are you missing some of these skills? Not a problem! We are committed to the growth of our employees as they are the key to our success. As long as you have the will and drive to learn what you need to know and a proactive and open approach to learning, we will help you master any relevant skill, technology, or tool.
