In Norway, we are in the very early stages of building a sustainability department to ensure that our Norwegian companies know exactly what specific actions they can take to support our green vision. 

Shaping the future of sustainability in DSV 

As our new Product Manager, Sustainability, you will be responsible for creating a brand-new sustainability approach. Your finest task will be to create our Norwegian sustainability strategy in cooperation with the management team to make concrete and very specific suggestions as to how we can implement sustainability measures.

Specifically, this will include:

• Heading the sustainability strategy and execution in accordance with DSV and our customers sustainability targets.
• Setting the direction for DSV Norway’s work within the sustainability area.
• Planning for initiatives and implementing these according to the sustainability strategy. 
• Cooperating closely with our global Group Sustainability department.
• Ensuring that all staff in DSV Norway knows the initiatives and that the relevant groups can use them in their daily work.

A sustainability expert with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset

With your solid expertise within sustainability, you have the professional strength to be our expert on the field as well as to concretize strategies and turn them into tangible actions. 

As a true entrepreneur, you thrive in new territory where you have a clean slate to base something new and amazing on. While initiating new projects and strategies is a key driver, you also enjoy implementing them and work with the practicalities on a daily basis. 

Communicating with and managing stakeholders comes natural to you and is much needed in this role where you will need to navigate stakeholder and customers relations on all professional levels.

We furthermore imagine that you: 

• Have extensive experience from a bigger, private company working within the sustainability area with proven results.
• Have a commercial understanding so that you can combine the sustainability area with DSV’s commercial interests.
• Most likely have a degree within sustainability or similar.
• Are a strong project manager with proven managerial skills.

DSV Air & Sea AS is part of the Danish DSV A/S. In Norway, DSV is represented with all three divisions: Air & Sea, Road and Solutions. We are currently approximately 500 employees, where approx. 90 in the Air & Sea division. 

The position is affiliated with the Air & Sea location in Oslo. The working environment is characterized by high level of expertise and is international, informal and team oriented.
