Are you our new Content Marketing Manager?

At Medistim we strive to inform and engage our target audiences with useful and relevant content. The CMM will be responsible for developing content topics and campaigns for Medistim, for distribution on the company’s website and social media profiles. To do so, the CMM needs to have a deep understanding of the company’s products, uses and markets, and actively communicate with our customers through the right channels. We work almost exclusively on the digital side of marketing; thus, the role requires knowledge of digital marketing software, tools, and methods with a focus on content and SEO (search engine optimization).

In addition to creativity, being a CMM requires people and project management skills, as we collaborate with other teams and lead project teams to foster growth.

The responsibilities of our new Content Marketing Manager include: 

• Development of the content marketing strategy.
• Audit the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and optimization
• Promote a consistent brand identity through the company’s social media profiles
• Create a long-term and short-term content publishing calendar and social media calendar
• Write new content or manage a team of writers to create new content
• Monitor the performance of the content through online tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
• Take part in both the development and implementation of campaigns
• Contribute with planning and implementation of digital events

The background and knowledge expected in our new CMM:

• SEO Copywriting & Data Analysis
• Content Management System Proficiency
• Strategic Planning, Time Management and Organization
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and project management
• Background from medical-/health-/life science industry and/or an academic degree with related subjects

• Cooperation-ability and -willingness
• Leadership-skills and documented experience from project management
• Excellent language-skills in English, both oral and written
• Skills in other languages is an asset
