DHL Global Forwarding, Freight Norway (AS) is now hiring Sustainability and Quality Manager.

The overall purpose of this position will be to manage the Sustainability and Quality aspects in Norway. You will work with colleagues all levels, both in our Norwegian and Global organization.
Your Characteristics
Mandatory requirements
- 360 degree organizational influence
- Strong communication skills
- Extensive experience within Sustainability and Quality (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Extensive experience with certification and re-certification processes in general
- Change Management experience
- Experience of working with continuous improvement & LEAN
- Experience of RISK management and RISK frameworks
- Norwegian and English fluent (both verbal and written)
- Bachelor degree within relevant area
Preferable
- Knowledge of IATA security requirements, given through Norwegian Civil Aviation Authorities
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive standardization, certification and & IMS (Integrated Management System) process optimization in DGFF NO
- Monitor, measure and analyze adherence to HMS, business process, quality and environmental standards throughout country organization, and identify process defects
- Maintenance of core business process documentation
- Manage and supervise all sustainability & quality audits in Norway, both internal and external.
- Support the business to ensure customer needs regarding DGFF?s Q&E policy are answered and managed in a professional manner. i.e. Participate in customer events, customer visits and conduct external lectures
- Training staff in the requirements of the Q&E system, ISO standards and quality procedures and systems
- Make sure that the National Government`s laws and regulations related to our IATA security program is described through updated procedures and processes within DGFF NO
- Produce and facilitate sufficient security trainings
- Collaborate with the country divisions / business units in all areas of responsibility
- Own the lean / continuous improvement framework in DGFF NO
- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled workforce within Q&E
- Present and arrange events for maintaining high positive reputation externally for DGFF NO as a GoGreen and Quality actor
