Credit Officer

Komplett Bank is looking for a Credit Officer:

Main duties of a credit officer

• Your main task is to process new loan and credit card applications from consumer customers independently, at a fast pace, and to assess customers' creditworthiness and risks.
• Contacting customers regarding financial information and necessary documents, as well as calling out potential customers.
• You actively report unusual behavior, including money laundering attempts.
  In your role as a credit officer, you contribute to the success of Komplett Bank by analyzing the applicant's financial information, which includes e.g.
• Credit risk minimization
• Revision of credit information and budget
• Strong customer identification

What do we hope for from our new colleague?
We hope that the applicant has previous experience (1-2 years) in granting credit or expertise in the financial sector. A good understanding of credit management and industry regulations is an advantage.

However, we require that the applicant has:

• Fluent in Finnish and at least good knowledge of English both orally and in writing
• the courage to make independent decisions and focus on solutions
• a university degree suitable for the position
