Desert Control As is a climate technology company specialized in reclaiming degraded soil and turning desert sand into fertile soil. The patented product LNC (Liquid Natural Clay) is a liquid clay compound that enables sand and degraded soil to retain water and nutrients.

On behalf of our client, Desert Control, we are looking for an experienced Finance Controller The role is bridgehead between the Financial Department and the rest of the organization. Desert Control is a start-up on the way to scale-up. The variety of tasks are incredible. 

 Key responsibilities 

• Day to day operational tasks  
• Follow-up on systems and structures
• Connect to all outsourced services (incl auditor and external accounting company)
• Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A) reporting
• Prepare financial statements and presentations
• Internal Control 
• Prepare board reporting 
• Financial governance (manage transfer pricing and intra-company agreements)

Secondary Responsibilities

• ESG and how we can help and benefit from this area
• Maintain a system of controls over all transactions, including KYC and AML screening
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Master degree in finance and business management
• Minimum 3 - 5 years broad business experience
