The program starts September 1st, 2022

You will join graduates from the other Nordic countries, travelling to other locations in Europe - building an important international network. To reach the level of competence needed to become a truly trusted advisor in the future, you will participate in intensive training, where you will be learning about our company, our solutions, and what it means to work at Schneider Electric.

Seeking talent in all the Nordic countries

We are looking for you whom are a recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master?s degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields, and are ready to be part of a high-performance team. You are looking for a great place to be a graduate, to develop and learn, to meet young professionals like yourself, be together with a diverse group of colleagues from many backgrounds and cultures in an inclusive environment, where we all work on helping our customers manage some of the biggest issues around.

We hope you are curious and interested in spending time with us while embarking on a steep learning curve. Several graduate positions in Norway - More than 20 graduates in the Nordics

This Nordic Program offers many different opportunities in all the Nordic countries.

This year you can join one of several tracks, including business development, marketing, field services, finance and more. Below is an outline of some of the most common careers that you can follow in Schneider Electric: 

• Technical/Engineering
  Our technical roles vary a great deal, from architecture and system design to deep product knowledge, project and service execution and support. Working in these fields it is a great advantage to have a degree within electrical or automation sciences.
• Sales
  Some sales roles are very technical, others less. Some are office based while others are out in the field. Common to all sales roles at Schneider Electric is being a trusted advisor to our customers and partners.
• Marketing
  Working in marketing at Schneider Electric means to tailor our offer to the market needs and offer innovations. You will partner with sales to ensure relevant marketing plans across a wide range of products and solutions.
