Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a new senior consultant with a sales and delivery responsibility to our sustainability team in Norway, helping us take to market and secure the offerings of our full suite of Sustainability services that help customers improve their commercial performance, manage ESG issues and support clients to implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment and progress towards authentic sustainability.

Key Accountabilities:

As a senior consultant with a sales and delivery responsibility, you will be responsible for contributing to our sales growth and delivery within the areas of main delivery; strategy, reporting, value chain, green finance and climate change. We are looking for a seller/doer resource that will mainly focus on:

• Managing existing accounts and actively approaching potential new customers through marketing activities, responding to requests and public tenders 
• Identifying customers’ needs and presenting a solution through customer dialogue
• Negotiating and renegotiating contracts with customers
• Delivery according to customer expectations
• Achieving business goals according to the personal and unit sales goals
• Identifying market opportunities and presenting new offerings to new customers
• Cooperating with other departments to secure efficiency and quality in the delivery

We are looking for a senior consultant within the domain of sustainability services. You have:

• A proven track record of sales execution and delivery on targets
• Experience with project delivery according to customer expectations
• Academic qualifications and/or experience relevant to the position
• Proven project involvement with proposal and tender processes, delivering service excellence
• The ability to contribute and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback to teams of experts and consultants
• Willingness to travel and work around Norway and the Nordic area, and on occasions overseas
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is a prerequisite
