Solutions Consultant - Global shipping software company based in Bergen

What can you expect: 

As a solutions consultant, you will be a part of our highly skilled Delivery team. The overall goal for our Solution Consultants is to be our customers - trusted advisors, to quickly understand our customer's goals, challenges and guide them to utilise our system to the full.

You should expect a range of challenging tasks within implementation, training, support and project management for our global customers. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing department and our developers to continuously solve complex real-world problems and shape the future’s commercial shipping industry. 

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption of our solutions. In addition, you’ll act as one of the business solution resources when working with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

As Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for following up with many of our new and existing customers. We are looking for someone who can give them combinations of following up 1:1 and larger groups. In addition, you will help improve the way we work, making our processes more efficient and scalable. 

You will have the freedom to shape your everyday life, but here are your main priorities: 

• Proactive follow-up of customers throughout the customer relationship 
• Truly understand the challenges and desires that customers have that can contribute to the further development of our software solution.
• Onboarding of new customers and making sure they are ready to start using Dataloy 
• Always be on top and understand new products and features in our products
• Continuously secure and execute professional training programs for our customers. 
• Conduct demonstrations for existing and potential customers
• Plan, execute, lead and report on individual projects

Your Qualifications:

Maybe you have a background in the shipping industry or general IT, Marketing, Sales or Account management? The most important is that you have the right motivation and truly believe that you can be a trusted advisor for our users. 

• Two or more years experience in technology-related work, preferably experience from pre-sales and customer-facing consultant roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Significant advantage if you have experience within IT Service management, Enterprise service management, B2B customer service or other roles that gives you relevant competence to advise our users 
• Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage
• Advantage if you have experience as a superuser in our system or similar software solutions.
