Sustainability Advisor

We are a high-quality service organization that develop products and technical solutions throughout the life cycle of the energy wells.

You will be an integral part of the Interwell sustainability journey and drive the group Sustainability program and reporting. You will advise and collaborate with process owners within the organization and be part of the group Sustainability & Compliance Team, with direct reporting to the corporate VP QHSE & Chief Compliance Officer.

Main Activities:

• Advise further strategic direction and objectives
• Advise product life cycles assessments
• Preparation and further development of the group's sustainability reporting and communication
• Build competence and mange awareness campaigns

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor or Master degree or relevant work experience, preferably technical background
• Knowledge of Sustainability regulations & standards (including relevant ISO standards & GRI)
• Experience in Sustainability management and reporting

• Not afraid of a challenge as a robust professional and visible ambassador
• Can create trust and relationships both internal and external
• Be a team player and ability to create engagement
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
