Tibber’s marketing team is on a quest to find a Marketing Manager in Norway to help us take the next step in becoming the smartest energy brand in the world.

About the job

We are looking for a results-oriented, digital-savvy Marketing Manager with an ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude to join our global team. As part of our marketing team, you will focus on developing the marketing strategy and its execution in the Norwegian market.

The team in itself consists of a healthy mix of marketing and design professionals, who all share the passion for customer insight, brand building, smart campaigns, and tech with a positive impact. We work closely with the best creative agencies and media partners in every market.

This role is perfect for you who enjoy thinking strategically, but also aren’t afraid of getting your hands dirty – driving strategy from ideation to execution, and making sure that every single detail is as good as it can get.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our brand and performance marketing efforts in the Norwegian market including yearly planning, marketing communication, and activities in all channels.

You will be working as part of our marketing team and the Norwegian country squad to execute the strategy. This is a full-time position located in our headquarters in Førde.

In this role, you will

- Build marketing strategy and messaging for Tibber in the Norwegian market based on customer and market insights, and oversee its execution with our marketing partners and the in-house team.

- Manage the Tibber brand within Norway and make sure it’s aligned with the overall global positioning strategy.

- Plan, execute and develop world-class marketing activities based on targets for Tibber product, brand, and Tibber Store.

- Analyze, and utilize data to support marketing target setting and follow up

- Annual budget planning and follow-up for your market in collaboration with marketing team lead and country manager.

- Continuous learning and developing our ways of working together with key stakeholders across the company.

Who you are?

- Digitally-oriented and performance-driven marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in marketing management within B2C markets, ideally within the Norwegian market.

- The position requires a positive, proactive, business-minded, and “can do” approach with the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders and partners both internally and externally.

- You enjoy a high pace and like to get things done. You have excellent project management skills. You are used to setting targets and striving for them.

- Experience in managing budgets and agency performance

- You have a passion for consumer insights and innovation, are eager to develop yourself continuously, and are enthusiastic about tech and sustainability.

- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with relevant stakeholders.
