Corporate Analyst
Do you want to work in a team that is influencing the climate transition, sustainable financing structures and future value creation of the largest companies in the maritime sector?
In the Ocean Industries Division you’ll be part of a team of 160 people in locations across the globe. We represent the most internationally oriented business area in DNB covering all main industry segments in the maritime sector: Energy, Shipping and Seafood.
We want to be the preferred financial partner for our customers, enabling growth opportunities as well as giving support in challenging times. In addition to having industry competence, we need to stay updated on technological developments and international regulations, as well as understanding key risk elements. With the need to adapt to the energy transition and be more sustainable we need to understand the ESG/climate risks our customers are exposed to and how they manage it.
The Customer Analysis Section is responsible for the internal risk analysis of customers and for presenting business cases for evaluation and decision. As an analyst you’ll work together with client managers in dedicated teams to provide advice and solutions to our customers, often in close cooperation with colleagues across the bank.
As a Corporate Analyst you will:
- Analyse financial and non-financial risk of customers and financing solutions
- Prepare and present credit cases for decision makers
- Prepare sector outlooks and market analysis on the industry
- Evaluate ESG-risk of customers, and how trends within sustainable development are affecting our customers
We want to strengthen our team and are looking to hire several Corporate Analysts this spring.
As our new colleague you should have a high work ethic, an analytical mindset, and be curious about industry development.
You should also meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (finance/accounting/industry/regulations)
- Higher education at master's degree level with good results
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
