BearingPoint Capital is looking for a driven and experienced HR lead and business partner
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR lead to join our fast paced growing international M&A team who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability in pursuit of our mission. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and multicultural organization tackling varied work tasks and a broad set of responsibilities. Ideally our new colleague will be based in Oslo or Stockholm, but for the right person we are flexible in terms of location. You will report to the Nordic Head of People & Talent and Global Head of M&A (both based in Oslo). Our M&A team needs a dedicated HR professional who can work independently on a tactical and operational level in close cooperation with leaders (on all levels), employees and external partners on HR topics. There will be a great need for knowledge and experience within talent acquisition and recruitment as we have an ambitious growth plan in several European markets.
In this role you get to:
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in market / function
- Drive the local implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR / People strategy and business requirements
- Coach, develop and support local management on an ongoing basis
- Identify talent needs and manage recruitment plan for interns, graduates and experienced hires (primarily Nordics, UK, France and Germany)
- Source and attract candidates
- Build employer brand and recruitment strategy
- Drive and coordinate effective recruitment processes
- Drive and coordinate key HR processes such as:
- Onboarding and exit of employees
- Performance management
- Learning & development - Coordinate training and competency development activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Talent Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Travel when required
Your profile:
- Higher relevant education, preferably at Master´s level
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from HR positions, preferably in large or medium-sized international organizations with matrix organization and global operations
- General knowledge and experience regarding all people processes in an international organization is key, ideally from professional services/consulting company
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential to succeed in the role, as well as the ability to effectively work within in a complex organization across multiple countries
- High personal integrity and high ethical standards
- You are comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
- You can effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
