Searching for a new Product Manager

The Marketing department is looking for a new colleague in a temporary position as Product Manager. The position will contribute in the Marketing department to satisfy the customers' needs and will actively engage in promoting and marketing Gentian's products.

Work tasks:

•  Lead all activities related to sales and marketing of the products in his/her portfolio
•  Responsible to develop and achieve sales target for the assigned products
• Support and proactively interact with all commercial channels (direct & indirect) in order to achieve commercial goals
• Support all product relevant OEM and global business partner initiatives in close collaboration with the VP Business Development
• Contribute to the development of Gentian´s strategic goals and quality objectives
• Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping VP Sales & Marketing informed of all critical issues
• Representing the company externally on behalf of the Marketing Department

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• Master’s degree/min. 5 years relevant studies/min. 5 years relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of a formal degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience from laboratory work and/or market/sales activities
•  Clinical diagnostics technologies knowledge; especially Turbidimetry, Immunochemistry
• Knowledge in CE-IVD (R)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Skilled in IT tools
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, SAP experience is an advantage

The position as Product Manager will be a temporary position for approximately 12 months. Preferred commencement date is April or May 2022.
