As our Global Bid Manager, you will be the link between sales and business and play a key role in the company's growth. Your experience and knowledge in sales, management and knowledge of which products and services we at Cegal SYSCO offer our customers will be highly valued in this position. About the role
As our Global Bid Manager, you will:
- Lead & drive Cegal SYSCOs Global tender processes, manage virtual bid teams, and ensure inputs from a variety of stakeholders (typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery)
- Be the single point of contact for tenders globally, ensuring coordination and effectuation of the tender process across regions
- Discover and qualify tenders, in accordance with Cegal SYSCO’s current strategy
- Develop tender win strategy and making sure that we deliver comprehensive tender responses that looks professional
- Ensure high-quality on-time deliveries of tenders, including ensuring right tender documentation, delivery in accordance with tender instructions and content quality
- Be responsible for risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
- Support sales and delivery by being a trusted advisor and consultant for our customers
- Be responsible for tender tools and training, for yourself and others
Who are you?
- You have experience with, and good understanding of how to manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities and provide recommendation and precise input to go/no-go process
- You have a strong ability to bring clarity on customer need & specific tender requirements to establish clear win strategy and provide clarity on selection criteria to accelerate onboarding of bid-team members
- You can lead and drive efficient cross-functional bid-team collaboration
- You have experience with preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the closing price to the customer
- You have a relentless “can do” attitude and positive mindset
- You have knowledge of Cegal SYSCOs overall strategy and execution of strategy by different Business Units
- You have effective communication skills and can identify yourself with being a fuzz-fighter, communicating in a simple and effective way
- You have excellent collaboration skills and are highly motivated to work in teams where you get energy from sharing your knowledge with others
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English

About the hiring process:
