Product Manager

What you will do

As a Product Manager you will gain a deep understanding of Shoreline’s mission and strategies to lead product vision for our cross-functional teams, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the product you work with.

You will work in an agile environment where you will drive product development, integrate exploratory user research, usability studies and market analysis into product requirements to improve user happiness.

To ensure maximum impact of product releases, you will collaborate cross-functionally with other areas of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer success.

Furthermore, you will define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products and feed takeaways back into the product development process and clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results as appropriate to a wide range of audiences from internal stakeholders to all Shoreline’s employees and of course our customers.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager 
• You have experience working closely with stakeholders and partners on a global scale 
• Thorough understanding and experience of how to express an application via product requirements
• You are well organized and have great attention to detail 
• Driven and with a collaborative mindset - “You don’t win unless the team wins”
• You have a “do-er” mentality willing to work hands-on
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 
• You're ready to contribute to accelerating the green transition with software.
• Minimum 2 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.  
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing. 
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
