Job Description

Coordinate and lead data clean-up and migration team
Perform?data clean-up?tasks?in collaboration with?Petec?assets
Establish plans?on?how to?migrate?data to the cloud?in a cost-performant way
Ensure strong?focus on longer term needs towards?cloud-native solutions and?OSDU
Build strong connections to subsurface stakeholders
Engage with external vendors and run proof of concepts for new solutions
Ensure effective communication to secure management commitment
Perform Legal Risk Assessment where applicable
Data standards - make sure that we use the DM existing data standards prior to moving
Identify the need for and recommend new data clean-up guidelines in the cloud
Address the need for new tools for improving efficient data management processes; such as tracking, monitoring and data clean-up, and assess availability in marked
Investigate cost efficient storage solutions (data tiering)
Archive solutions
Initiate marked survey and identify solutions for efficient low-cost archive solutions for inactive legacy data -Run a POC on CRS alignment on data from different applications

Qualifications Requirements

For this position, we are also looking for: -Strong interest towards subsurface data management and technology
Solid understanding of subsurface work processes, tools, integration, dependencies and data
Previous project leadership experience with proven record when it comes to driving projects, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results
A growth mindset (desire to continuously learn) – especially when it comes to developing new digital competence
Good collaboration and coordination skills
Understand the OSDU objectives (data liberation) and deliver accordingly
