Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer

In order to strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer who can help us succeed.

Local candidate is preffered, but commuter will also be rewied

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, only candidates that are already located in Norway can be considered for this assignment.


What will you be doing?

• Write commissioning procedures & start-up procedures
• Defining commissioning packages
• Give input to planning activities, estimates and plans
• Create handover dossiers
• Create commissioning boundaries
• Follow tasks through all executions phases
• Follow-up up of mechanical completion on site
• Participate on FAT's
• Prepare for and take responsibility of final handover to customer
• Keep tight communication with engineering and client representative

We think you should have some of the following:

• Master or Bachelor grad degree or relevant technical education is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience or practice equivalent to completion
• Show good understanding of process systems
• Preferred experience within: EIT/SAS- process, production and operation of wells - control room operation
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Valid offshore and Health certificate
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
