In order so serve a growing set of customers Cegal SYSCO is looking to expand its Norwegian presence in the Mjøs region with the establishment of a new office at Hamar. The office will be a leading force in Cegal Sysco low/no-code development strategy and an application Management hub. Sysco is a vendor technology agnostic technology partner, but we are looking to kick start the low-code initiative with Oracle and Microsoft technologies before expanding to other low-code platforms. Hence, we are looking for you who thrive for technology, development, and innovation.

About the role

As our new Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the overall architecture and design, and take lead in new development, enhancements, modifications and sunsetting in a portfolio of application features. You will be working with both planning, managing projects and contribute in development.

As our Senior Solution Architect, you will:

• Work with multidisciplinary teams and take responsibility for the overall architecture and design, and take lead in new development, enhancements, modifications and sunsetting in a portfolio of application features
• Be responsible for planning and managing projects, while at the same time contribute with hands-on programming in the development of new and smarter solutions for our customers
• Perform an advisory role for Cloud cost analysis, technology selection, landing zone definition, etc
• Join our senior Tech-team in supporting younger consultants
• Be responsible for introducing, training, and rollout of new technology
• Have a regular dialogue with our customers where you attend meetings to understand their challenges and opportunities. You will be closely involved throughout the development process, from idea and concept to production and delivery
• Together, we will solve important challenges in exciting projects, both with customers and internally in Cegal SYSCO

Who you are?

• You are very knowledgeable about the Oracle Platform
• You are very familiar with OCI
• You are great at communicating
• You are knowledgeable about data modelling
• You are an expert withing Oracle Databases, SQL – PLSQL, APEX
• You are able to deliver both projects and to assist in sales.
• You are experienced, at least 10 years in the business
