In order so serve a growing set of customers Cegal SYSCO is looking to expand its Norwegian presence in the Mjøs region with the establishment of a new office at Hamar. The office will be a leading force in Cegal Sysco low/no-code development strategy and an application Management hub. Sysco is a vendor technology agnostic technology partner, but we are looking to kick start the low-code initiative with Oracle and Microsoft technologies before expanding to other low-code platforms. Hence, we are looking for you who thrive for technology, development, and innovation.

About the role
We are searching for a lead developer who can be a tech mentor and coach less experienced consultants. The Tech mentor should be a seasoned and experienced professional with abilities expanding outside technology itself. The position will be the initiatives most experienced consultant with the ability to inspire, lead and motivate others.

As our Lead Developer and Tech Mentor, you will:

• Work with multidisciplinary teams where you have the overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining a good learning environment for the team
• Inspire, lead, and motivate
• Design and facilitate skill development and learning based on individually skill level
• Join our senior Tech-team in supporting younger consultants
• Together with other Tech mentors in the company help to monitor needs and trends in the market for a proactive work with competence development

Who you are?

• You are someone developers look up to when it comes to oracle technologies

• You are excellent at presenting and communicating
• You are a good technical project manager
• You are knowledgeable about data modelling
• You are able to help in sales processes
• You are able to utilize Oracle tools and technologies in the best possible manner in order to develop applications
• You are experienced with Oracle Application Express (Apex)
