On behalf of Aker Solutions, we are looking for a senior HVAC Site engineer to work on a project in Stord.

Responsibilities:

Follow-up of the Hull and LQ EPC contractor within own discipline on Stord
Provide hands-on assistance to the Construction team on Stord
Support Interface Coordinator and other construction or engineering disciplines on resolving interface matters - Ensure that a high HSE standard are maintained within team, report any breach of HSE principles through the responsible position

Handle engineering and site queries within agreed response times
Review and comment on engineering documentation provided by Contractor
Contribute to a good working environment within the site team
As built documentation D&IDs, P&IDs, HVAC ISO drawings
HVAC support to SCD/SAS and Automation discipline
Good communication with EPma responsible engineering team in Oslo
Punch clearing and handling the final completion of the EPC delivery for Equinor

Assignment starts March 2022, initial end date 31st Dec. 2023

Qualifications:

Hands-on practical experience with commissioning of mechanical equipment (preferably AHUs, fans, balancing of ducting, cooling medium, heaters etc)
Experience with potable water systems and sewage systems is an advantage
Long experience from site, shipyards and construction wrt HVAC is an advantage
HVAC or an Automation engineer with experience from commissioning and integration/fabrication & completion.
Experience with Navisworks & E3D is preferred
Fluent in Norwegian & English

Education:

BSc. degree with relevant subjects
